Quality System Engineer - Wasion

Tasks:

• Maintenance of ISO 9001, MID D standards;
• Implement and maintain ISO14001 and ISO27001, ISO 17025 standards;
• Coordination of the establishment and development of an integrated management system, control of its proper operation;
• Annual internal audits, planning, establishing and implementing audit programs, preparing protocols, monitoring/updating actions;
• Maintaining certification status, monitoring requirements, monitoring/updating actions, preparing for audits, maintaining documents, managing changes;
• Support for the maintenance of the document management system based on the Process Map;
• Keeping own instrument park and usage standards in a condition suitable for use;
• Participation in the preparation and modification of professional regulations and work instructions concerning measuring equipment;
• Technical preparation for the purchase of new instruments;
• Contact with business partners;
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with standard requirements and address production quality issues;
• Determining the requirements of interim and final inspections, preparing, communicating and teaching the related instructions;
• Maintenance and continuous development of production quality assurance processes;
• Support for solving internal problems/complaints.
  

If you already have ESG / NIS 2 experiences:

• Coordination of ESG aspects;
• Providing risk management inputs for the sustainability report;
• Development of ESG awareness in the organization;
• NIS 2 Coordination of Cyber Defense Requirements aspects;
• Monitoring and implementation of legislation and supervisory requirements;
• Preparing reports for management.
  

Expectations:

• Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering;
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, other standards;
• Calibration experience;
• Negotiation level English language skills;
• Proficiency in audits;
• Good communication skills, independence.
